Keto vegetable soup, low carb

I have to admit that I would eat spoon dishes more often in our home.  I enjoy creamy soups, hot vegetable stews, and the real question is why I don’t prepare them more often.  I hope you are not like us, :).  Anyway, I definitely suggest you try to make this dish, especially for the colder days that follow, because it is filling, invigorating, delicious, keto ... So what more would you like ?!

Ingredients: 
•100 g cauliflower, 
•50 g broccoli, 
•two tablespoons tomato sauce, 
•4 mushrooms, 
•a slice of protein bread for croutons, 
•a tablespoon of butter, 
•spices of your choice.  

Preparation: boil cauliflower and broccoli. Save cooking water. Spread half of the cauliflower with a stick mixer and add to the pot in which we put the tomato sauce. We added the mashed cauliflower to make the soup more creamy (without adding cooking cream). When the tomato sauce and mashed cauliflower are combined, after a few minutes of stirring over low heat, add the rest of the cauliflower and broccoli, and a little water in which the vegetables were cooked. I seasoned the soup with ground paprika, curry, salt and pepper. Fry pieces of bread and sliced ​​mushrooms in a pan and sprinkle over the finished soup. The dish is low in calories and extremely filling. If desired, you can add any meat, bacon .. the combinations are numerous ..
