Salmon mozzarella salad


 

~ Love has happened ~

My first encounter with salmon was at a dear friend’s wedding!  I only tried it because he was proud of the wedding menu, but I didn’t like it.  Just like my story with the lemon, love happened here afterwards.  I can freely say that salmon is one of my favorite foods today and I consume it at least once a week.  Packed with omega 3 fatty acids, minerals and vitamins, it is surely a great choice for all fans of the keto diet.  Among the many recipes, I opted for a salmon salad today, and I didn’t regret it.  If you want to feel full for a long time, and at the same time know that you ate healthy and balanced, be sure to try the salmon prepared in this way. 

Ingredients: 

• 150 g of rucola, 

• 50 grams of mozzarella, 

• a slice of protein bread prevented briefly in butter, 

• a little red pepper, 

• mayonnaise, mustard and melted butter for dressing.  

Arrange everything on a plate and enjoy the rhapsody of flavors. 💙
